‘엮다(bind)’라는 단어에 예술(art)의 ‘a’를 결합한 이름처럼, 다양한 주체들이 만날 수 있는 예술적 접점을 설계하고, 창작과 협업이 유기적으로 연결되는 구조를 만듭니다.
실무 경험이 풍부한 1인 기업으로, 변화무쌍한 창작 환경과 예술계의 맥락을 섬세하게 읽어냅니다.

Just as the name combines the word “bind” with the “a” of “art,” it designs artistic points of encounter where diverse agents can meet and creates organically connected structures of creation and collaboration. As a one-person enterprise with extensive practical experience, it reads the ever-changing creative environment and the contexts of the art world with sensitivity. It flexibly plans and operates timely exhibitions, educational programs, and research projects, while coordinating smooth collaboration among stakeholders. By working to bridge the gap between the language of artistic practice and that of administration, it proposes practical methods of execution and documentation. It focuses on the processes through which art emerges, the languages that accompany it, and the relationships among participants. Through collaboration with institutions, artists, independent curators, and audiences, it aims to build a sustainable model of cultural and artistic practice. It pursues a healthy artistic ecosystem grounded in clear and accessible communication, as well as horizontal and inclusive relationships.

이화여자대학교 조형예술대학(회화·판화 전공)과 국제대학원(한국문화 전공)을 졸업하고 다수의 문화예술기관에서 실무를 경험했다.
행정 언어와 예술 현장의 간극에 대한 문제의식으로 2020년에 문화예술기획사 바인드 아트랩(baind artlab)를 설립한 이후 주로 시각예술 분야 종사자들과 함께 창작의 과정을 조명하는 전시와 워크숍, 세미나 등을 기획했다.
사소한 대화나 일상적인 장면들 속에서 ‘함께 살아가는 감각’을 포착할 때 즐거움을 느낀다.

Gwangmyeong Cultural Foundation (2023–Present)
She graduated from Ewha Womans University with a major in Painting and Printmaking at the College of Fine Arts,
and later completed her master’s degree in Korean Culture at the Graduate School of International Studies.
She has gained extensive hands-on experience at various cultural and arts institutions. Motivated by
a critical awareness of the gap between administrative language and the realities of the artistic field,
she founded the cultural arts planning company Baind Artlab in 2020. Since then, she has curated exhibitions,
workshops, and seminars that illuminate the process of creation, working primarily with practitioners in the visual arts.
She finds joy in capturing a sense of “living together” within casual conversations and everyday moments.
